Secrets of spiritual happiness are not common among people, but today I am going to share them in detail. Research says that there are two types of happiness. The first is external which depends on material things. E.g.  If you are residing in a luxurious bungalow, have a slew of high-end cars and a bank balance of more than USD 1 Billion, would this make you happy? Sure, it would. However, the moment you lose all this stuff, sorrow will encompass you.

However, there is another type of happiness which is everlasting as it is not dependent on materialistic things. No matter whether you are living in a mansion or a small house, whether you drive a Bentley or commute on a bicycle, you will always be happy.  Real happiness is achieved by connecting with your inner self.
